Our visit to the Two Magpies Bakery was to solve an ongoing issue with kitchen/bakery smells exiting from a passive canopy extracting to a residential outside space.
With restricted space and area to work with the answer was to place two Lincat L3 Fume Filtration units.
The end result has been a great addition to the electric cooking area fulfilling a better working environment.
